Carefully Rin closed the door, but for once he was satisfied no one had spotted them. Obviously they would have to escape later, but right now that was of little concern to him.
'See easy enough to hide when no ones looking' he smiled, letting go of her hand. Demons were not necessarily smart, and with only Calcifer looking for them who was injured as it was he saw their chances of capture being slim.
Regardless he looked back at the door, scrutinising the likelihood of anyone standing behind it. But he quite quickly decided it was safe enough, and turned back to her.
Looking in the mirrors it was clear to him why she had looked for afraid only earlier, and although unphasing to him he decided it may be best to clear up momentarily, wiping the blood off his hands at least. He took her wounded arm too, bringing it under the tap slowly.

The water hurt, like it always stung to clean a wound, but she did not complain. It would hurt far more if it turned infected.
The feel of his skin, the sound of his voice, the look of his dark eyes, all drew her closer to him, making it impossible for her heart to slow, and though she shared his bliss and excitement, she could not afford to stop thinking of other things. Though she had left herself weak and vulnerable, she could not let herself be foolish. Her mind was racing, like every other day, but this time there was far too much to process. This had all come so suddenly.
"You wanted me dead," she stated. He had not wanted to kill her himself, but he had wanted her gone all the same. She could not make herself blame him, and so there was no anger in her words, but it hurt all the same. The memories of pain from only moments earlier.

'And if you pull a stunt like what you did earlier then I will want to all the same' he said, trying to hide the bitterness in his voice. In his opinion they had already gone too far to change their minds once more, and he was sick to death of the mind games. Rather than actually think about the consequences, for now he wanted to focus on what was in the here and now.
He let go of her arm, now most of the blood had gone, and looked at her. 'That and if I find you are just using me all along.'
Sighing he forced himself to focus on the unfamilar reflection, unsure as to whether he liked it. It was true that right now all he could see was the slender figure of the body he had chosen, and he was not sure why he had decided on this human at all. Prehaps because he arrogantly assumed the Cathedral would be but a slight challenge, and this man certainly did not appear threatening when they had first walked in. He never would have thought that months on he would be still stuck as he was now.

She would never use him, not in a foolish game like this. It would cause her death sooner than her saving, but she held her tounge, knowing he would not want to speak of it. Instead, she leaned against the wall, trying to shut out every thought that was screaming in her mind.
"I like it," she muttered as she watched him study himself in the mirror. "Your body I mean.." Surely it was just as she was used to it, and any body Rin claimed for himself would be equally appealing to her, but it was the body and the face that haunted her in the night, and she couldn't imagine him looking any different than he did now. In fact, she didn't want him to ever change, seeing perfection every time she glanced upon him.

'I don't think I've ever kept the same face for more than 6 months' he muttered. 'Someone always comes and tries to exorcise you..'
He continued to analyse the face looking back at him. 'Bodies are a matter of inconvenience after a while and its easier to move on to the next.' To him it was quite normal, although he doubted she would understand.
'Of course you only know this one' he said. He was sure she would only ever know this one too, since either he would be exorcised sooner or later or she would be killed. Either way there was little of a future he could imagine beyond this Cathedral.
He turned around, giving up on looking at himself. He never was vain, unlike some demons, and never did focus on his new faces. 'It does not matter either way. I'm stuck like this for the near future.'

She smiled at him, but the smile was weak. She didn't wish to hear the things he told her, didn't want to be reminded of who and what he was, even if his pitch black eyes staring back at her was reminder enough. That reminder, she realized with horror, she did not mind the slightest.
"Does he... I mean... the guy.." she stumbled on her words, scared she would provoce him if she dared ask what was on her mind.
"Is he awake? Like.. can he see and hear and stuff?" She had wondered oft times. Wondered mostly of what he was like, and if he hated her as much as she hated herself. It seemed given that whoever would find out about their secret would hate her with a rage the color and heat of fresh blood.

'Does it matter' he said simply. He was well aware that all the pain he felt, and the pain he didn't, the human within did. He also knew they would see everything, just that they were trapped. Humans had all too often complained once the demon inside them had been exorcised, so it was enough to assume. However Miriam did not need to know this, and so he felt there was no need to tell her.
'He will die if I leave him so I consider it that I'm doing him a mild favour' he said, smirking, although prehaps now was not the best time. He simply did not care, but it was clear she would.

"I think I'd prefer death," she frowned, not liking the idea of a demon taking over her body the slightest. She moved beside him and glanced in the mirror, trying to imagine what she would look like with eyes black as the darkest night. She could see it all too easily and it was somewhat disturbing. Disturbing more than anything perhaps, how she failed to flinch at the mental image. It seemed almost natural in a sense.

'Well considering I've already been through death I'd say this deal is much more preferrable' he stated simply. He would never die now, constantly trapped in this cycle, but he saw no appeal in it. Certainly when it was not even an option. His death had been painful in every sense, and this mans would not fall short of that after all the injuries he had acquired.
'Seen him around?' he asked, curious as to where this man would be heading. A dedicated member of the church seemed unlikely to be joining him post-exorcism, and yet they had found him outside so that seemed unlikely.

She shook her head, but overlooked him once again. The man had seemed unfamiliar to her before she had met Rin. She supposed it a good thing, not sure if she would be able to love Rin quite the same as she did now if he was in the body of an aquaintance. But perhaps then again it would be better if she did not love him truely as much as she did. She did not linger at the thought, and pushed it aside with force.
"How did you die?" she asked, her curiousity sparked by his words. It would not do to deny what he was, and so it seemed she could do nothing but embrace it, accept the true horrors of what he was and what he had done. Believing him to be any less than a demon would be more harmful that what she was putting herself through by accepting him in her short life, getting closer to him than any human should ever approach a predator.

He paused momentarily. Under no circumstances would he talk of his deal. He never had nor would, since to demons it just looked a weakness as it would to her. However therefore trying to explain being ripped apart by hell hounds would not be easy, and so he had to think on the spot, which he had never been particularly good at.
'Justice was served for my crimes' he said, leaving her to imagine what that would mean. It was evident he did not wish to speak of it, and therefore he assumed she would pry. 'All you need to know is the pain i've felt for centuries far surpasses the pain this man will be feeling.'

"In the pit?" she asked, but it was obvious this was what he was speaking of, as nothing else would fit his description.
She laid her hand over his, not wanting to speak of it any more than he did, and before anyone had the chance to interrupt them she had stepped closer to him, the heat of his body creating goosebumps on her skin, and yet she dared not kiss him. They needed to be cautious with whatever this was if they did not wish for it to go terrible wrong, though it already had the moment they decided this was a good idea.

He looked at her, not used to the loving and caring gestures she was making, only familar from his human existence.
Delicately he moved some hair from her face, still suprised how such emotions were able to stir within him. Realising talking was getting them nowhere he leant in to kiss her gently, closing his eyes to block out memories their conversation had now triggered.

She smiled, though her stomach twisted sickly and her heart was beating hard enough to hurt. The feeling was sickening, painful and unfamiliar, and though not understanding why anyone could enjoy such a masochistic feeling she felt herself give in to it, wanting more with every touch he granted her, and as he kissed her she did not hesitate with kissing him back with the hunger she had supressed for so long.
She let her hands run beneath his bloodied top, feeling the soft, unharmed surface that only a demon skin could have in this war. She was sure her own body was not half as appealing with her cuts and bruises, de-colored and horrible in several places. It seemed a wonder he could still want her after glancing at her, but she would not complain. She would happily take whatever he could give her, though lusting for more than he would.

He leant back against the sinks, feeling her push against him, and he let himself enjoy the moment. His hands moved along her delicate frame, and for once he took care to make sure he did not hurt her more than necessary. As they continued his kiss grew deeper and more demanding, and slowly he caressed her skin as he pulled her closer.
If their time was limited then so be it, and he did not hesistate on making the most of it. It was much more practical to act as if at any moment either of them could be taken away from the other, and without much in the means of romantic gestures there was little they could do but give each other their bodies comfort.

She gently, but hurriedly started unbuttoning his shirt and let it fly, landing on a sink not far from them. She felt an impulse to turn the tap on and let it soak, removing the horrible bloodstains that left an unpleasant reminder of his recent actions, but knew this would not be appreciated, and so she let it be. Blood she had gotten used to by now, and she forced herself to ignore what the blood really meant of Rin.
She let her hands run along his entire upper body, soaking in the warmth and momentary comfort it granted her. The scratch she had given him earlier that day had already disappeared, but she still gently kissed his chest where she knew it would have been were he not a demon.
This was unhealthy and insane yes, but it granted her some small comfort and happiness, and she could not bear to break away from him, not now.
"If anyone comes on..." she muttered, though knew this toilet was more or less unoccupied ninetynine percent of the time.
"... you're raping me." It was a reasonable, plausible excuse, as she had seen others been taken advantage of earlier. The fact it had been Rin she erased from her mind, not liking the idea of him with anyone else, specially not in a forced situation.

He smiled at her, trying to resist laughing. 'Theres always a locked toilet if we need a plan B' he said. If anyone was to come in then he did not want her to be seen at all, since then her days would be numbered further still as would his own authority. Fortunately the mirrors ran parallel to the door, and therefore could be seen from most angles. If anyone was to enter the room, they would be able to find out just in time.
Instead of worrying he let his own hands run up under her top slowly, trying to be gentle as he skimmed over her wounds. He pulled up her own top hesistantly, unsure if it would be caught on any blood stains, but figuring it was better to remove it now than later. As he did he saw all her bruises, and gently he ran his fingers over them. 'What are we going to do with you' he sighed, realising how easily broken a human body was.

"You can stop stabbing me, that's a start," she muttered, but didn't wait for an answer before she fumbled with his pants. They had no time to be gentle, no time for soft caresses of newfound lovers. Even if they were to be left uninterrupted, Rin would have to leave her as to raise no suspicion. He could not be seen last running after a human girl, then to be lost for hours. They would never have time, she realized with a sigh.
Once his pants and underwear laid on the ground, his gorgeous body revealed, she started fumbling with what was left of her own clothing, all the while showering him with kisses. It was nothing they had not done before, but this was utterly different. He was no longer trying to harm her, his touches had grown soft and caring as opposed to his hard treatment of her before. Everything about this moment seemed so new it made her stomach flutter.

'Let me' he said, removing her remaining clothing slowly, pulling them down to the floor and letting her kick them away before he proceeded to kiss every bruise he could fine, starting by moving up her legs and then continuing upwards until he reached her neck where he kissed her deeply. It hardly mattered if he left a mark since she was so bruised, but he tried to refrain from it in case he resulted in any avoidable questions.
His hands grasped her at the waist, picking her up and turning her around so she was sat up on the side of the sink. He could still see the doorway reflected in the mirrors behind her, and she was facing it. He then kissed her breasts, liking and sucking on her nipples while he could. They only had limited time, but he still wanted to try and distract her from the pain momentarily.

She moaned gently against him and wrapped a naked leg around his hip, mostly to avoid anything touching the gashing, open wound he had inflicted on her. It was by far her most painful cut, and she wanted it turned away from him in case he would accidentally touch it.
Her shoulder was still stale and aching from Calcifer's rough treatement, but she managed to use it to pull him closer to her, every new kiss from his lips sending bolts of lightning through her body. They made her almost treasure her bruises, and when he was done she regretted not having more.
"This is insane," she stated as she used the leg wrapped around him to pull him closer, wanting every inch of his body against her skin.

'Whos complaining?' he smiled, brushing his hands against her inner thigh. She was still talking and questioning this, whatever it was, and he did not want to hear it.
He let his hands move in between her legs, gently stroking her slowly. He brought his lips to hers once more, kissing her as he wrapped his arms around her to keep her close. She had to be quiet too, since they were in a place so easily exposed. Any suspicious noises and they would be caught instantly, and he made her lips silence her.
Every so often he let his eyes check the door behind them in the mirror, but aside from that he focused on her, and eradicating the doubts and pain which clouded her judgement.

"No one," she answered him in a pleasured sigh. This was insane, and wrong, and so many other unspeakable things, but she could not make herself think of them now when he touched her in such a way. Her mind was clouded but for one thing, and the only thing she could think clearly of was him. She surrendered fully to his touch, and though keeping quiet but for the heavy breathing she arched her back towards him, pushing her body against his as much as she could, never feeling quite close enough. Never being satisfied with the limitations of their bodies. She wanted all of him.
She let her hand roam down his body, softly letting the tips of her fingers teasingly stroke his hardening member.

He let their kiss grow more deeper, not allowing them to part in fear of the sounds he would produce. Instead he let his hips push towards her, as he let two fingers enter her, that he moved in and out of her teasingly to satisfy her need momentarily. He knew they were in a rush, but he did not want to end everything so suddenly. Their next meeting could be a long time later, or not at all. Therefore the memories of now had to last.

'Afraid rape seems less plausible when you seem to enjoy it so much' he said, he words slowly and admist deep breaths as he tried to not muster a groan.
