The best way to destroy an enemy is to make him a friend.

Aurora has walked towards the sanctuary with Thomas. Just being in this place, It sent a chill through her spine.
Once so safe, Now so dangerous. She shook her head. What had happened to this place?
She than looked better around herself. Noticing Lia, She smiled brightly. ''Lia!'' She called.
Walking towards her. ''I am so glad you are safe.''

Aurora had noticed Cali hiding in the shadows and as she called her name, she quickly cleared her eyes as the female figure drew closer. It seemed she had brought a friend, well this would certainly test her ability at being able to pull off being a human effectively.
"Aurora!" Cali went to her and hugged her with a smile. "Glad to see you are safe too." She was being a little more eccentric than last time, she was being a bit more fake since their was another present. She couldn't risk her cover when there was two of them and one of her, she couldn't be herself totally. "Who is your friend?" Cali smiled towards Thomas.

Thomas watched as Aurora and Lia hugged.
He kept a look out for any demons as he approached.
"Hello. I'm Thomas. So you must be Lia," he smiled a little and held out his hand to shake hers.

Cali looked warily towards the other human who had outstreched his hand towards her, her keen eye noticed the texture of salt upon it and instantly some panic flared inside her. Calming herself, she began to cough a little and used the distraction to her advantage when using her hands to cover her mouth. Well, that was a small victory, the fact she had ignored Thomas' handshake was not particularly noticable. "Hello Thomas, pleased to meet you." She simply responded with intead, shooting him a smile.

Aurora Smiled brightly. As she received the hug. Smiling at Thomas as he introduced.
Though she frowned a little when Lia coughed.''Are you alright?''
''I was worried,It is dangerous here, And even more when you are alone.''
She than smiled.''But I am glad you are safe.''

"Yeah, she was. We came out her just to check on you actually."
Thomas responded to Aurora's words of being worried.
It hadn't slipped his mind that she didn't shake his hand.
But had he had any real suspicions that she was a demon, he would've just face-palmed her.
He was more concerned that she may have been one of those people that see him on the streets often and he felt slightly self-conscious that she just didn't want to have any physical contact with him.
Another one who thinks I'm repulsive. He sighed to himself.

Cali smiled at Aurora's concern, it could've been a sly smile, but it wasn't particularly. Aurora seemed fairly good and honest so far, as for Thomas, he seemed rather awkward and didn't have much guts about him. However, that was simply first impressions. The coughing idea all in all seemed to go down fairly well.

"I am alright Aurora, there is no need for your concern," Cali smiled pleasantly, she certainly could take care of herself, it was more them that should be worried for their own wellbeing. "Thank you for coming to find me."

Aurora smiled. Hugging Lia again. ''No problem, How are your wounds doing?'' She asked smiling at her.
Looking at her wounds. ''You have much pain?'' She asked once again concerned.
Lia was really a nice girl and She would not want her to get hurt.

"Your welcome but I think we should head back where its safer."
Thomas watched the two girls chat, staring at the shadows all the while.
They weren't exactly out in the open but any demon could sneak up on them from their vantage point and he was a little concerned for Aurora and Lia's safety.

Cali settled into the hug before Aurora pulled away, she was becoming slightly worried at how weak the human could make her seem, but of course it was all a pretence. Of course. Aurora thought she was human, she would find out she was demon soon enough.

"Not much," Cali smiled reassuringly. "They look worse than they are."

Cali was taken aback at Thomas' words, if she was taken into 'safety', she would be right in the middle of the humans nest. What they had planned originally, but Miriam now knew her better than she would've liked and their was the minor problem of the devils trap outside the rectory door. She paused. What reason could she create to stay where she was? She could think of none.

Azazel was talking to Adriel in the entrance wing, looking up at the text she had written. He heard talking coming from the sanctuarry. He excused himself and started getting closer. He recognised the two humans with ease. He sneaked to a point where Thomas had his back turned to him, the girls were hugging eachother, so he quickly proceeded forward. He wrapped his arm around Thomas's shoulders in a casual manner. "If you want them safe, you are coming with me." He glanced up at the blonde and then gave a long look at Cali, smirking knowingly at her before looking back at Thomas.

Cali instantly sensed demon and broke away from the hug, instinctively placing herself neatly between Azazel and Aurora. She had no idea particularly why, it almost disgusted her that she did, but she did nonetheless and persuaded herself it was to keep up the pretence. Also, Aurora was her human, like Thomas was Azazel's.
"Demon." Cali stated unimpressed.

Aurora suddenly noticed Azazel, Being rather frightened. She stepped back, When Lia stood between them. She grabbed her bottle with water. How foolish. She stepped before Lia. ''L-leave Thomas alone, He won't go anywhere with you''
She tried brave. Stepping a little bit back though once she spoke/

Cali rolled her eyes at Aurora's move, but so that only Azazel would see. Humans could be so foolish sometimes, and voulnerable. She should just let Thomas be taken, it wasn't like Azazel would harm him... much. However, of course, Cali had found herself in the middle, well, she didn't particularly care to be tortured by Azazel afterwards or for him to blow her cover, but if she kept quiet, Aurora would land herself in deeper trouble.

"Aurora, It will be okay," Cali turned the girl to face her by placing her hands on her shoulders and smiled at her reassuringly. "But the demon is not going to be afraid of you. We need to come up with a plan if we want to get Thomas back, and right now, the best plan we have may be letting him go. If you try to make a move, he will only kill us all." She was trying to reason with her. "Where as if Thomas does as he wishes, he most likely has something he wants, so he will most likely, make a deal with him and let him leave safe." Cali nodded towards her, seeing the panic in Aurora's face. She just hoped her words wouldn't go unheard.

Thomas froze when he felt an arm around his shoulders for he could see the two girls in front of him clearly.
When he recognized the voice, he cursed loudly in his head.
To top it off, Lia spotted him and had alerted Aurora.
Waay to be sneaky, Azaz. He thought, sarcastically.
Had this not of happen, Thomas would have clearly left with an excuse to use the washroom.
Now he didn't have that much of a choice.
He was surprised to see Lia in protective mode and making compelling reassurancs. Too compelling.
Too bad he didn't have time to figure that out.
Sighing, Thomas knew Aurora wouldn't like his response but he had to say it.
"I'll be ok. I have to go with him." He saw the look on her face.
"We have unfinished business to settle and you should get Lia to the rectory. Do that."
He really wasn't so sure of Lia but he was more concerned with getting Aurora to see the seriousness of the situation.

He tried to hide the amused smirk when he heard Cali talk to Aurora. He looked the darkhaired woman in the eyes, giving her a sign he would let her keep her cover... for now. He turned his attention to Thomas. "Then let us go, I have something to show you." He said leading Thomas away, pushing him to walk infront of him. Clearly not trusting the boy anymore. He trusted Cali would keep the blonde woman in check.

Aurora looked down, As she saw The demon take Thomas with him. Looking up again looking into Lia's eyes.
''I-If anything happens to him! She sighed. ''I'm sorry...L-let's go..''
She gestured Lia towards the rectory, Sighing as she looked over her shoulder, But Thomas was gone already.

Cali was still rather frustrated that she cared so much about the human boy, after all, he was just that. Nevertheless, she currently was in her possession and thus, she wanted her wellbeing to be in good condition if she was to provide her with information on the humans. She also couldn't do with falling into a devils trap that she knew was waiting for her this early on. Again.

"Aurora, it's alright," Cali smiled. "I know you told Thomas you would take me to the rectory, but I can't help but feel we are better positioned here if he needs us?" She gestured towards the corridor which would allow them to hear any yells or screams for help, where as in the Rectory, they would be completely blocked off from sounds.

Aurora was surprised when Lia told her that they could stay there, She was sure worried about Thomas..
Every innocent soul should be saved...And it would be a lie if she disliked Thomas.
He was a good kid..boy..man..She blushed slightly. Besides he had helped her, She would do the same.
Following Lia as they walked towards the corridor.

Cali and Aurora were fairly silent as the edged towards the corridor that Thomas and Azazel had headed down, it was then that she realised this was an exceedingly bad plan. If they interrupted Azazel's plans, Cali would be in deep trouble with the demons and for a demon of such low rank, that could prove fatal. Perhaps not even Lilith could save her from that. Nevertheless, getting trapped again was not a great option either. Why was it she always managed to get herself into these situations? Sighing lightly, she crouched down on the corner, pulling Aurora gently down beside her. "Now we are ready if he needs us and they will be unaware we are here." Cali smiled.
